The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) is an American endeavour
that establishes new requirements for documentation to enter the U.S.
Since January 23, 2007, a valid Canadian passport is required to enter the U.S. by air.
As of June 1, 2009, Canadians need a passport to cross the Canada-U.S. border by land or sea.

All participating institutions must obtain special permission from the ILSA Executive Office to use the current Competition Year’s competition materials, including, but not limited to, the Compromis, for any purpose other than participating in the Jessup Competition, including, but not limited to, conducting an internal moot court competition and Jessup Team try-outs. Teams from institutions that violate this rule may be disqualified from the Competition. Institutions that violate this rule may be deemed ineligible to participate in future years.

Teams must promptly notify the Canadian National Administrator of any changes or additions to registration information.

**IMPORTANT NOTE:
FORM #3 only needs to be completed by those Team Advisors who will be attending the oral rounds in Montreal, Quebec.

For those Team Advisors who will not be attending the oral rounds in Montreal, Quebec, only the Canadian Team Registration Form needs to be completed with each Team Advisor's contact information. If the Canadian Team Registration Form has already been submitted, then the Change of Information Form should be used to provide the contact information for any additional Team Advisors.

All Team Advisors must also register with ILSA (http://www.ilsa.org/jessuphome).

Team Advisors, including student Team Advisors, should be registered as soon as they are identified, must be registered
before they begin performing advisory functions (see Canadian Rule 3.3), and may be un-registered when they cease performing advisory functions.

Each attending Team Advisor should complete this form him or herself
to ensure that the information is accurate, particularly with regard to food allergies.
